Ancient Georgia’s pagan religion was reflected in animal symbols, often depicted in miniature bronze sculptures. According to Georgian belief, the lion was a zoomorphic image of the god of animals.This replica is handmade by Georgian artisans in silver-plated brass. The pedestal is made from obsidian.
